$100 - Priority scheduling for urgent lab collection needs with prompt, dependable mobile service. Same day collection.

Specialty Kits

$100 - Careful handling and collection for specialty laboratory kits requiring specific packaging, timing, or processing instructions. Specialty kits will be properly prepared and shipped via FedEx or UPS as required.

Additional specialty kits: +$25

Routine Bloodwork

$75 - Professional mobile blood collection services performed in the comfort of your home, office, or facility with compassionate, reliable care. Routine specimens will be delivered to the laboratory or facility of your choice.

All specimens are processed and handled according to required collection, storage, and transport guidelines prior to laboratory drop-off or shipment.

A $25 booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This fee will be applied toward your remaining balance but is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments exceeding 25 miles are subject to mileage charges at the current IRS mileage

Large Groups / Facility Collections

Mobile phlebotomy services are available for physician offices, assisted living facilities, workplace wellness events, community screenings, and large group collections. Customized pricing is available based on the size and needs of each event or facility

Therapeutic Phlebotomy

$150 - Safe, professional therapeutic blood removal services performed with patient comfort, monitoring, and physician orders in mind.

Cancellation & Deposit Policy:

To ensure the highest level of service and availability for all clients, the following policies are in place:

Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final bill at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy:
We kindly require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of services.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
